Bonapur is a supplement that contains vitamins K2, D3, Mesoprosil and other active ingredients.
50 Patients with traumatic vertebral fractures
They all received spinal orthoses
for three months and painkillers
on demand.
They were divided into two groups:
a group of patients for Bonapur
treatment and a control group
without supplementation.
After 2 months, patiens underwent follow-up magnetic
resonance imaging to asses resolution of cancellous bone
edema and to decide wheter early removal of the orthosis
affecting their quality of life was fearsible.
A significant
rate of bone
fracture
healing was
observed on
MRI imaging,
with the complete
resolution of
edema at
two months in
the Bonapur
group.
Silicium - A major role in collagen synthesis
The graphs highlight that type I collagen ,. synthesis increases when the concentration of orthosilicic acid is 10, 20 and 50 μM on four different cells.
